Class Climate Additional Items

IMPORTANT: You can discard existing work and return to the additional items function at a later time by clicking on the "Delete form and return to the Instructor's Optional Questions view" link located in the bottom left of figure 2. If you close the browser or click "Save form and leave the Instructor's Optional Questions" once beyond figure 1 the additional items functionality will be unavailable after that point.

NOTE: You must utilize Firefox or Internet Explorer to add additional items and will also need to turn off pop-up blocking functionality within your browser prior to reaching figure 2 (below).

NOTE: Figures below may not reflect an individuals exact display, but are intended to be a general example for user guidance.

1. Click the next button (figure 1 below).

2. You will then be presented with your questionnaire form (figure 2 below).

2a. Click the "Question Library" link located on the bottom left of your screen (figure 2 below).

3. Clicking the link will open "Question Library" options (figure 3 below).

3a. Click the "Choose a question from the library..." link (figure 3 below).

4. The Question Library window will open over the survey form (figure 4 below).

4a. Choose the Question Group from which you want to select questions and click next (figure 4 below).

5. Select the question(s) to add to the survey form. Multiple selections can be made by holding the "crtl" key on Windows PC or the "command" key on a Macintosh while making your selections (figure 5 below).

5a. Click the "Apply" button after selections have been made (figure 5 below).

NOTE: To add further additional items from the various question groups you would again complete steps 3a through 5a.

6. Figure 6 (below) displays the example output after selecting and adding questions to the form.

6a. After you have completed adding all questions, click the "Save form and leave the Instructor's Optional Questions" link located in the bottom left of figure 6 (below). This will save your work and append selected questions to the questionnaire. You will then be presented with figure 7 (end of page) after successful processing.

7. Once figure 7 (below) has been reached you are free to close your browser or proceed to a different web site.
